Who we are
Influcius is a place where creators, brands and managers find each other. It is operated by Digi Bread, Room no. G-2, V.M.C. Quarter, Block No. 1, Opp. Vaccine Institute, Diwalipura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007 ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use influcius.com.
Who can use Influcius
You must be 18 or older. You sign up yourself, with your own email address or your own Google account. Nobody may create a profile for someone else, and each person keeps one account.
What Influcius does today
Creators show their work, their offerings and their official numbers on a media kit. Brands and managers explore those media kits and talk to creators through Influcius. Influcius sells its own services: Influcius Pro, credits, contact passes for premium brands and booking fees. It does not take payments between brands and creators, hold anyone's money or guarantee any collaboration today. Any deal you make with another member is between you, and you are responsible for it. When payments between members arrive, a new version of these terms will explain them first.
Payments
Influcius is operated by Digi Bread. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Prices include GST, and every payment gets a GST invoice in your account under Billing. A business that wants input tax credit adds its GSTIN in Billing before paying; an invoice already issued keeps the details it had. What you buy is delivered in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, as the delivery page explains.
Influcius Pro
Influcius Pro costs ₹888 a month, GST included, and renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; Pro stays on until the end of the month you have paid for. If a renewal fails, Razorpay tries again for a few days, and Pro pauses if it still fails.
Credits
Credits pay for features inside Influcius, such as an extra search or starting a conversation. Credits are not money: they cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and they cannot pay a person or a fee. Credits you buy last 12 months, credits you earn on a requirement last 90 days, and welcome credits last 30 days; unused credits then expire.
Contact passes for premium brands
Some verified businesses are marked as premium brands. Messaging one needs Influcius Pro; a creator in the Premium tier messages them at no extra cost, and anyone else buys a one-time contact pass for that brand (₹2,999, GST included). A pass does not oblige the brand to reply or to work with you.
Booking fees
A business can book a creator it is talking to on Influcius once the creator has replied. The booking fee depends on the creator's size band, from ₹299 to ₹1,999, GST included, and is shown before you pay. Once the fee is paid, contact details in that conversation show as written, and the business pays the creator directly for the work they agree. Influcius is not a party to that payment or to the work. A booking does not oblige either side to go ahead.
No refunds
Payments for Influcius Pro, credits, contact passes and booking fees are not refundable, in full or in part, including for a month of Pro already started, credits left unused or expired, a pass whose brand does not reply, and a booking whose collaboration does not go ahead. If you were charged in error (charged twice for one purchase, or charged for a payment that failed), tell us through Help and the amount goes back to the way you paid. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us through support if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account from your settings at any time.
What you publish
You keep the rights to the work you upload. You give us permission to store it, resize it and show it on Influcius, including on your public pages, for as long as it stays on your account. Upload only work you made or have the right to share.
Your public profile carries no phone numbers, email addresses or outside links: people reach you through Influcius. We remove photo metadata, including location, from the images you upload.
Numbers and badges
Follower counts and other numbers come from Instagram and YouTube through their official tools, with the source and the time they were read. We never estimate a number: if one could not be read, the page says "Not available". Influcius uses YouTube API Services; by adding a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. A badge says what was checked. It does not guarantee anyone's work or conduct.
Photographs on our own pages
Photographs on Influcius's own pages, outside members' profiles and portfolios, are licensed stock photography. They illustrate a niche or a step and do not show members of Influcius. Where we show a person made with AI, we label them "AI creator".
Community rules
Everyone on Influcius follows the community rules. We may hide content, take a page down or suspend an account that breaks them or the law, and we tell you why.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Influcius available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what members publish or agree with each other, or for losses that come from a collaboration.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we publish a new version with the date it takes effect. Earlier versions stay readable on this page.
Law and complaints
