Nothing is shipped
Influcius sells digital services only: Influcius Pro, credit packs, contact passes for premium brands and booking fees. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.
When you receive what you paid for
Everything you buy is delivered inside your Influcius account at influcius.com, as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
- Influcius Pro switches on in your account and renews every month until you cancel it in Settings.
- Credit packs appear on your Credits page, with the date they expire.
- A contact pass lets you message that premium brand straight away.
- A booking shows contact details as written in that conversation straight away, and both of you are told.
A GST invoice for every payment is under Billing in your account.
If it has not arrived
If you paid and do not see your purchase within 30 minutes, write to us through Help with the payment reference from Razorpay's confirmation. We check the payment with Razorpay and switch on what you bought. If we cannot deliver it, we return the full amount to the way you paid, as the refunds and cancellation policy explains.
