Questions, answered.
What is Influcius?
A marketplace where creators show their work and businesses find the creator who fits, starting in Vadodara and Gujarat. Creators build a media kit with their Offerings and official numbers. Businesses post requirements, search, message and book creators, then pay them directly.
Link to this answerIs Influcius free?
Yes, to start. Your account, your creator profile or your brand kit, and your first five searches cost nothing. When you want more searches or conversations, Influcius Pro or credits cover them. Every price is on /pricing.
Link to this answerWho can sign up for Influcius?
Anyone aged 18 or older. Sign up with your email address or your Google account, then choose the role that fits you: creator, brand or manager. Create your account to begin.
Link to this answerWhere is Influcius available?
Across India, starting with Vadodara and Gujarat. A city page lists its creators once enough of them there have proven their accounts, and says "Opening soon" until then.
Link to this answerIs Influcius an advertising agency?
No. Influcius is a marketplace, built by DIGIBR&AD, an advertising agency in Vadodara. Joining does not sign you up for an agency campaign: you choose who you work with and agree the work between you.
Link to this answerHow do I get help from the Influcius team?
Open Help and search these answers first. If you still need us, sign in and send a message. Our reply appears in Help, in the same conversation. We do not reply by email yet, so sign in to read it.
Link to this answerCan I read Influcius in my language?
Influcius is in English for now. Names in a creator's own script, such as Devanagari or Gujarati, always show as written. To read a page in your language, use your browser's translation, such as Translate in Chrome.
Link to this answerHow do I prove my Instagram or YouTube account?
Influcius gives you a proof code for each account you add. Put the code in your public Instagram bio or YouTube channel description, and we check it for you. Once the account is proven, its official numbers appear on your profile. Start in Social accounts, in your workspace.
Link to this answerWhy does a number say "Not available"?
We could not read that number from Instagram or YouTube, or the account is not proven yet. We never estimate a number, so we show "Not available" instead. Every number we do show names its source and when we read it. If a number stays missing, ask us in Help.
Link to this answerWhat should I put on my creator profile?
Your name, city, languages, niches, skills, a short bio and a photo. Your niches are the subjects you make content about. Then add your best work to your portfolio and list your Offerings, so a business can see what you make and what it costs. Start with Profile in your workspace.
Link to this answerWhat can I list in my Offerings?
Your Offerings are the content you make for brands, at prices you set. List single pieces, such as a Reel or a product photo, combine them into bundles, and price add-ons such as the right to use your content in paid ads. Add them under Offerings.
Link to this answerWho decides what I charge?
You do. You set the price of every Offering and can change it whenever you like. Influcius takes no share of what a business pays you.
Link to this answerHow do brands contact me?
A business that likes your work messages you on Influcius, and the conversation appears in Messages, in your workspace. Until the business books you, phone numbers and email addresses typed in a conversation are masked. Publish your profile so businesses can find you.
Link to this answerHow do I find work from brands?
Open Requirements in your workspace. It lists the work businesses have posted: apply to the ones that fit, with a piece of your work that shows you can do it. Businesses can also find you in search and message you.
Link to this answerHow do I get paid for a collaboration?
The business pays you directly, as you agree between you. Influcius never holds or passes on that money, so agree the amount, the dates and any advance in writing before you start.
Link to this answerWhy can't brands see my Instagram username?
Your Instagram username stays private on Influcius, for every creator. Brands see your work, your Offerings and your official numbers, and they reach you by messaging you on Influcius. Share your media kit address when you want a business to see your work.
Link to this answerCan I hide my profile?
Yes. Your profile is public only while it is published. Then it has its own media kit address and a Book-me page. Hide it whenever you like, and it stays hidden until you publish it again. You publish or hide it on your Profile page.
Link to this answerWhat is a founding creator?
The first 100 creators listed in each city are that city's founding creators. Your number, such as Founding creator #12 in Vadodara, shows on your profile for good.
Link to this answerCan I earn credits with a Reel about Influcius?
Yes. Post a Reel about Influcius on Instagram with @influcius as a collaborator, then send us its link from Credits in your workspace. When our team approves it, you get 10 credits, which last 90 days. You can send one Reel every 30 days.
Link to this answerCan I search for creators on Influcius?
Yes, once you are signed in. Search by niche, city, language, platform and audience size on Discover. Every account gets five free searches, Pro includes 300 a month, and after that a search costs 2 credits. Pages that list creators by niche and city open to everyone as each fills up.
Link to this answerWhat does "Verified business" mean?
The person behind the brand proved the business is theirs, with its company email, a tag on its website or its GST certificate. Our team checks a GST certificate, usually within 48 hours, and we never show the GST number. Verify your own business from Trust & verification, in your workspace.
Link to this answerWhat goes in a brand kit?
Your logo, a few words about your business, your website and official links, your industries and the cities you serve. Each time you save, Influcius keeps a new version, and your brand page shows the latest one. Set up your brand kit from your workspace.
Link to this answerHow do I post a requirement?
Open Requirements in your workspace and post one: what you need made, where, in which language, by when and your budget. Creators who fit apply, and you choose who to talk to. Until your business is verified, you can keep three requirements open at once.
Link to this answerHow do I contact a creator?
Press Message on their profile or search card, and say what you have in mind. Starting a conversation with someone new costs 1 credit, or nothing with Pro. Until you book the creator, phone numbers and email addresses typed in the conversation are masked.
Link to this answerAre the follower numbers real?
Every number comes from Instagram's or YouTube's official service, read on our own server, with its source and the date we read it, and is refreshed every night. We never estimate or scrape a number. When we cannot read one, it says Not available.
Link to this answerCan Influcius guarantee results?
No. Nobody can promise views, sales or replies. Agree the work with the creator, and how you will judge it, before they start, then measure it against your own goal.

Sign up and choose the manager role. Then read and accept the Manager Code of Conduct, and tell us about your agency: its name, its city and its website. Create your account to begin.
Link to this answerWhat can an agency do on Influcius today?
Register your agency, accept the Manager Code of Conduct and add your agency's details. Then search creators on Discover, and use the free brief builder and price guide. Messaging creators and working for client brands from an agency account are not available yet.
Link to this answerCan an agency hire creators for a client?
Not from an agency account yet. Today the client business creates its own brand account, verifies it, and posts, messages and books from there. Agency accounts that act for clients are planned.
Link to this answerCan my team share one account?
No. Each account belongs to one person and one email address, and team seats are not available yet. Never share a password: each colleague can create an account of their own.
Link to this answerDoes Pro include agency tools?
No. Pro gives you 300 searches a month, conversations without credits and more room on a media kit. There are no agency tools in it yet.
Link to this answerWhat does Influcius Pro include?
300 searches a month, conversations with someone new without credits, and more room on your media kit: 12 photos, 3 videos and 10 brand collaborations, instead of 5, 1 and 2. It costs ₹888 a month, GST included, and renews monthly until you cancel.
Link to this answerHow do I cancel Pro?
Open /settings/pro and cancel there. Pro stays until the end of the month you paid for, then stops. If a renewal payment fails, it is tried again; if it still fails, Pro pauses.
Link to this answerHow do credits work?
A search beyond your allowance costs 2 credits, and starting a conversation with someone new costs 1 (nothing with Pro). Buy 50 for ₹499, 150 for ₹1,299 or 500 for ₹3,999, GST included, from Credits in your workspace. Bought credits last 12 months, earned credits 90 days and welcome credits 30 days. Credits are not money: they cannot be moved to someone else or cashed.
Link to this answerHow do I get free credits?
Verify your phone number and you get 10 welcome credits, once per account and once per number. They last 30 days. Creators can also earn credits with a Reel about Influcius.
Link to this answerWhat is the booking fee?
A one-time fee a business pays to book a creator it is already talking to. Once it is paid, both of you get a notice, and contact details either of you writes in that conversation show as written. It is Influcius's fee, not a payment to the creator: you still pay the creator directly for the work.
Link to this answerHow much is the booking fee?
It depends on the creator's audience, measured from their largest proven Instagram or YouTube account: ₹299 under 5,000 followers, ₹499 from 5,000, ₹999 from 30,000 and ₹1,999 from 100,000. GST is included.
Link to this answerCan I pay the creator through Influcius?
No. You pay the creator directly, as you agree between you. Influcius never holds deal money: it charges only for its own services, which are Pro, credits, the booking fee and the premium brand contact pass.
Link to this answerDo I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment to Influcius comes with a GST tax invoice. Add your business details and download your invoices from /settings/billing.
Link to this answerWho invoices the creator's fee?
The creator, when one is needed, because the business pays them directly. Influcius invoices only its own fees. Ask your tax adviser how GST and TDS apply to your deal.
Link to this answerCan I get a refund?
No, unless we charged you in error: then we refund it. The full policy is on /legal/refunds.
Link to this answerWhat does a proven account mean?
The creator showed they control that Instagram or YouTube account by putting our code in its bio or channel description. It proves control of the account. It does not prove who the person is, the quality of their audience or their work.
Link to this answerWhen can the other side see my phone number or email?
Only if you write it in a conversation after the business has paid the booking fee. Before that, phone numbers and email addresses typed in a conversation are masked, and nothing on your profile is ever shown by itself.
Link to this answerWill my phone number show on my profile?
No. Your phone number never appears on your profile or your media kit. We use it only to confirm your account, with one WhatsApp message from your number, and you can remove it later. You can check your phone from Trust & verification.
Link to this answerIs my GST number shown anywhere?
No. We use a GST certificate only to verify a business, and we delete it 30 days after our team decides. The GST number never appears on a public page.
Link to this answerHow do I report someone?
In the conversation, choose Report and pick the reason. You can also close or block the conversation. Our team reviews every report. For anything else, write to us from Help.
Link to this answerDo I have to label a paid collaboration?
Yes. If you are paid, or get a free product or any other benefit, label the post clearly as an ad, as the ASCI guidelines and the platform's own rules require. Put the label where people see it before they scroll on.
Link to this answerWhat if a business does not pay me?
Influcius cannot reverse or chase a direct payment, because the money never passes through us. Keep the conversation and your written agreement, and report the account from Help so our team can review it.

Link to this answerCan one account have more than one role?
No. Each account has one role: creator, brand or manager. For another role, create a separate account with a different email address, or ask us to change this one. Our team checks every change first, and the new role proves itself from the start.
